INDIVIDUAL COACHING

Meet with one of us individually to ask all those specific questions you have about your strengths, team members, or situations that have been stressing you out. Supervisors need support to be successful. Coaching is the perfect way to get customized support. 

VIRTUAL TRAINING

If you want to be a more confident, more effective, and less stressed supervisor, look no further. We take a wholistic approach to supervisor training and use a strengths framework so you can apply what you're learning in a way that works with your unique talent set.

WORKSHOPS

& RETREATS

We offer half (3.5 hours) and full day (7 hours) interactive workshops or retreats. We work with you to customize this time to meet your goals. We can focus on a variety of topics related to strengths, supervision, and engagement. 

 

Pricing for workshops and retreats is based on 40 or fewer participants. Additional participants can be added for $50 a person.

TEAM COACHING

We combine the best of coaching and training into a series of 2-hour sessions. In each session, we'll cover a topic and give team members a chance to work through specific related issues like during coaching.

 

This process is more in depth and interactive, so pricing is based on 15 or fewer participants. Additional participants can be added for $100 per person.

ASSESSMENT CODES

Clifton Strengths codes are not included in the price of group packages, so you only pay for what you need.

 

There are four code options. The Top 5 is great for larger groups. The Report for Managers gives you your Top 10 Talent Themes. The 34 Report gives you the ranking of all 34 Talent Themes. We recommend the Report for Managers or the 34 Report for supervisors.
