Over the course of two days, we'll help you become a more effective, more confident, and less stressed supervisor.

 

You'll start with the CliftonStrengths talent assessment (code for CliftonStrengths 34 Report included*) so you better understand your talents and your unique leadership style. You'll use a strengths framework, but that doesn't mean ignoring your weaknesses. You'll learn how to manage both so you can be more effective in your role.

You'll combine the skills you learn with your unique talents to begin to develop habits and systems that align with your talents, team, and the outcomes you want to achieve. It's that last part that will make the changes you want to make stick, so you can transform yourself and your team.

This event is on Thursday, April 1st through Friday, April 2nd from 9:00AM (CST) - 3:00PM (CST). There will be a lunch break from 11:30AM (CST) - 12:30PM (CST) each day.
