Taking the assessment is just the first step in better understanding yourself and your true potential. We often take our talents for granted because they’re so ingrained in our daily activities. Individual Strengths Coaching through Strengths University can help you better appreciate and navigate your own unique talents.
Our coaches will help you both better understand yourself and help you develop your talents so you can consistently use them in a productive way. Once you know your talents, how YOU use them – both productively and not so productively – you become more aware of how they can benefit you and sometimes get in your way.

Strength coaching had the biggest impact on my confidence. It allowed me to better understand what I was good at and how to use my strengths to help improve things that I considered weaknesses. Being able to talk through my strengths with an expert gave me valuable insights. I learned ways to use my strengths to overcome barriers that prevented me from my full potential.
