Increase Engagement on My Team

Gallup defines engaged employees as those who are involved in, enthusiastic about and committed to their work and workplace. Is your team engaged? How do you measure if they are? Gallup found that only 32% of employees are engaged at work in the US. Engagement is linked to job performance and satisfaction, so when you have members of your team who are not engaged, it can negatively impact your productivity and other members of your team.

In many industries, a lack of employee engagement can negatively impact hiring, retention, customer service, the bottom line, and the overall health of your organization. The first step having an engaged team is being aware of your current state. 

How Can Strengths University Help? 

Strengths University offers engagement training for the entire organization as well as administrators and supervisors. We are trained Gallup Engagement Champions who will help you and your team members better understand what engagement is and how it can impact your organization.


Using Gallup’s Q12 assessment tool, we can help you determine the engagement levels of your team or organization, and more importantly, we can help you train administrators and supervisors on how to  increase engagement for their team or organization. This means higher retention, productivity, and overall job satisfaction. Strengths University offers presentations, workshops, and supervisor training on engagement alone or even more effectively in combination with Strengths training.

Anne and Alicia approached me about adding Strengths Finders to our New Employee Orientation.
